We are a Patient Centered Medical Home. This means, using Patient Portal technology, the Doctor is continuously kept up-to-date on your healthcare. In other words, your health is on our minds even when you’re not in our office.

There are many other benefits to a Patient Centered Medical Home, but here are a few of the main “perks.” Through an encrypted online patient portal, you can communicate with the Doctor, gain safe & secure 24 hour access to your medical records, immunization records, and lab results. This portal allows you to request medication refills and request same day appointment scheduling for established patients.

Convenient In-Office Blood Lab Collection

For tests that must be sent to the lab, we offer patients the opportunity to have their labs drawn in our office. This means you will not have to go somewhere else for your labs to be drawn, saving you time and ensuring continuity of care.

Point of Care Testing

We perform some labs in the office while you wait. We can give results for cholesterol, glucose, A1C, and many others the day of your appointment.
